Delivery & Collection
We offer a flat-rate delivery charge of £6, with free delivery on orders over £50.
You can also choose Click & Collect from MAC Birmingham. Please check our opening hours for collection times.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, and most orders will arrive within 5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Returns & Refunds Policy
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, MAC will refund the value of the goods supplied or offer an exchange, subject to the terms below.
Conditions of Return
All returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase and returned in a resaleable condition, together with any original packaging, labels and tags where applicable. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on gift cards, vouchers, perishable goods, products excluded for hygiene reasons, or items sold by MAC on behalf of independent artists, makers or other third-party sellers, unless the item is faulty. Such sales are made by MAC as agent for the seller and any rights relating to faulty goods remain unaffected.
In-Store Purchases
Items may be returned within 28 days of purchase.
Online Purchases
Items may be returned within 28 days of receipt. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied in error. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.
